Kimberly Patino is an American photographer, writer, and visual artist. Her work focuses on social and political topics such as identity, body image, immigration, and the relationship between Americanism and her Hispanic roots. Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
I don't accept cancellations
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
All prints are exchangeable and/or returnable with a full refund (excluding shipping cost) one week after delivery date. You will be responsible for returning the print including shipping cost. Once I have received the print, your purchase will be refunded.
Payment
Limited edition prints will be signed and shipped only after payment has cleared. If you have any questions about the payment process, please don't hesitate to send me a message on Etsy or at info [!at] kpatino.com.
Deadlines: If your payment hasn't cleared within a week of the purchase date, with no correspondence, your order will be cancelled.
Cancellation: If however you'd like to cancel your order, I'd need a 24hr notice so that you can obtain a full refund.
