KimberlyFarmer's Shop Policies
Welcome and thanks for your interest in my shop! I create my handmade items in my pet-free and smoke-free home. If you have any policy-related questions that are not answered below, please email me your question and I will be happy to respond.
PAYMENT METHODS: I accept PayPal if you would like to use your credit card (you may make a transaction without creating a PayPal account). I also welcome personal checks and money orders, if you are more comfortable with one of those forms of payment. Your item will not be shipped until payment has been received.
TERMS: Payment must be made within 3 days of the sale unless other arrangements have been made.
SHIPPING METHOD: Items are shipped USPS. If you would like something other than USPS, please contact me before making your purchase. I'm also happy to send overnight or priority mail, just let me know before purchasing so that I may adjust the listing.
TIMING: All orders are usually shipped within 3 business days after receiving payment.
INSURANCE: Shipping insurance is not included in the shipping price quoted. If you would like to add insurance, it is an additional charge.
SENDING A GIFT: State in your message at the time of purchase if you would like me to ship to a different address. For no additional charge, I would be happy to wrap the already packaged item in tissue paper and also include a gift tag with a message from you. If you would like this option, please include the shipping address and your gift tag message in the "Message" section at the time of your purchase.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: The buyer is responsible for customs and other related fees.
Refunds and Exchanges
REFUND: If you are unhappy with an item you may certainly return it. Please contact me within 7 business days upon receipt. The item(s) will need to be shipped back in original condition to receive a refund of the transaction price minus any shipping and handling fees.
DAMAGE/LOSS: Fiddledeedee is not responsible for items lost due to the USPS failing to deliver your package. But I will try to work with you on resolving any issues of non-delivery or damage to your merchandise.
Additional Policies and FAQs
CUSTOMIZED ITEM: Let me know if you have a custom request for an item, and I will be happy to discuss it with you!
TRANSACTION CANCELLATION: For the benefit of both parties, if I need further information from you relative to the transaction or your item but have not received a response from you within two weeks of the purchase date, I will procede by canceling the transaction and refunding your money.
