All jewelry I sale is packaged in free simple little gift bag (sometimes ones are more unique than others!), but I always at least want an order that can be presentable to someone you love (or yourself) as a gift!

If a chain is included with a pendant, I will always try to list the exact measurement of the necklace, chain, or bracelet.

If an item does need to be personalized (specific size length etc or custom colors/stones?), just let me know along with your order!

If an item arrives damaged or you aren't happy with it :( , just reach out and we'll start the refund process. Each item i create, I usually try to include the process I use to craft it. I eventually hope to create a YouTube channel where you can learn how to make some of these neat things (that I've learned how to make.. and some neat tricks I've figured out along the way).

Since most of my items are custom made, if there are any wholesale purchase requests. You'll need to reach out to me ahead of time so we can work out the amount of time needed for a specific large order!
