Announcement   PLEASE NOTE: Due to the Canadian postal strike, please be aware that there will be shipping delays and I cannot guarantee any packages arriving before Christmas.

=============================================

I've been a fountain pen lover for 25 years now, and have bemoaned the lack of funky but also *functional* stationery for fountain pens. I offer Tomoe River, Triomphe, and G.Lalo papers. I also have a paper that is thick and great for ballpoint pens, so just ask me if you want that one.

A lot of stationery says it is fountain pen friendly, but between the paper and the design, it isn't really practical. Buy stationery from someone who knows the ins and outs of fountain pens and their use for letter and journal writing! I've thought a lot about making the stationery practical and easy to use for fountain pen users.

If you'd like to see me do something different or something more, please message me. I'm always happy to grow and adapt.

I strive to offer my customers the absolute highest level of customer service. Everything I do, I do with the mindset of what I would like to have done for me. I'm just an idealistic girl, making this stuff in my basement because I couldn't find anyone doing what I wanted to use for myself.

I'm happy to share my love and knowledge of stationery, wax seals, and fountain pens, so if you ever have any questions, or suggestions on how I can improve, please don't hesitate to send me a message!

(¸.•´ (¸Refunds & Exchanges
Unless there is proof that a listing was made in error (i.e. the wrong image or incorrect spelling) I do not accept refunds or exchanges, all sales are final. I take great care to make sure my photos are a color-accurate as possible, but variations in monitors may make colors slightly different on your screen than mine.

If there is significant damage to the image (or example, some of the lines smudged into the lines underneath them, or if parts of the image are missing), then I'll ask that you send me a photo for proof, and so that I can fix my process to ensure it doesn't happen again, after which I'll be happy to send you replacement stationery.

(¸.•´ (¸Lost Packages
I am not responsible for lost packages. If your package is lost let me know and I will file an insurance claim on it if you paid for insurance. Keep in mind that First Class International packages are NOT insured and may take up to 3 months to arrive if they are waylaid in Customs. Normally this is not the case, but it can happen. If you choose not to insure a package, please keep in mind that once I send it I have no way to recover your losses if it never arrives or is very delayed. If you are concerned about this, please upgrade to International Priority Mail. I reserve the right to upgrade to this shipping method (which can have insurance) if the value of the package is very high.

(¸.•´ (¸Why is the DIY stationery more expensive than the pre-made ones? Isn't it all the same stuff anyway?
Not entirely. In order to be fair to both myself and my customers (as a high volume of DIY orders means that I often have less to purchase off the digital shelf), I have added a small fee for this service. This fee helps to cover the time spent developing a custom request, responding to conversations, sourcing and ordering special materials, and reworking the design to meet my customers’ approval.
