Fur Trade and Mountain Man items can be found here at Kingdom Come Furs and Buckskin

Kingdom Come Furs and Buckskin was created out of my love and passion for hand crafted items that I have seen and admired since I was young. From as simple as crocheting to the intricacies of bobbin lace, my family has always been involved in one form or another of creating and hand crafting items for each other and for sale. My first "craft" my grandmother introduced me to was when she gifted me my first beading loom when I was about 5 years old. My contribution to our family legacy is brain tanning deer and elk hides and handcrafting items out of furs and brain tanned buckskin with a touch of beadwork.

I have had the honor to live some of my younger years in the territory of the Wet'suwet'en First Nations People in Burns Lake, BC, Canada, and now my wife and I are honored to live in the territory of the Nisqually Indian Tribe, of the Coast Salish First Nations people in Mineral, WA.

The fur shed is located in the Pacific Northwest bordered by a river, a creek and a lake, less than 14 miles from Mount Rainier.....simply beautiful. I enjoy using and figuring out how to use, as many parts of the animal that I can, be it for food, bait, lures or for crafting. Been doing this for awhile and people told me that I should think about Etsy, so here I am, finally on Etsy in 2019!

Although I strive to have a good quantity of a variety of items besides brain tanned buckskin ready for sale and shipping, this isn’t always possible due to the uniqueness of each piece. Plus, with this type of craft, it is better to have a few awesome items rather than a shop chock-full of trinkets that are slapped together. Quality craftsmanship is what I'm about, I truly cannot stand hearing anyone say, "It's good enough". Look for us at various Blackpowder shoots and Rendezvous in the PacNW!

This is a Christ based shop who loves our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. The name Kingdom Come is in reference to the only King in the Kingdom to Come. I would not have any of this if God did not give me the talent, physical ability or the creativity to craft these items. I am so thankful for His creation of the animals and the many uses for them, which of course, He was the first to make clothing out of animal hides, Genesis 3:21! Jesus has said in Mark 16:15, we as believers in Him are to share the gospel with all creation, so I include in every order a gospel message to you. Some may call it proselytizing, I ain't into fancy words, I call it proclaimin' and sharin', you have the freedom of choice to accept it and keep it, or not and throw it away.
