1 out of 5 starsWould be better if my items had already started being shipped, but here we are 22 days after I payed for my items and they haven't even been shipped yet, let alone arrived in any kind of timely manner. I ordered in advanced as a gift for someone's upcoming birthday. In a few days, their birthday will have passed.
Additionally I haven't recieved any updates or communication in regards to what their status is or why they aren't at least in transit by now? -

What are your shipping costs?
No need to worry, we always offer free shipping on all of our items
Do you supply a tracking number?
Yes, a couple of days after your order has been shipped out we supply a tracking number
Why is my package taking so long?
Our warehouse is based outside the United States, and due to Covid-19 our orders are slightly delayed by an extra couple of days

What if i type in the wrong address?
PLEASE Double-check your info and confirm that it's correct before you place the order. If you, the buyer accidentally enters the wrong address you will have 48 hours to message us from the time the order is placed and change the address before the item is shipped out. After those 48 hours your item will have been sent out, and we will not issue any replacements or refunds.
What if i dont recieve my package?
If you don't receive your package, or it's damaged upon arrival we will gladly replace it for free, however we only replace items that encounter problems due to our end. If you receive the item damaged we require photo proof but will replace it for free
