All herbs are made with love for your animal companion from human grade whole bulk dried herbs and ground into powder. All herbals come powdered and in a sealed bag.

We do not do herbal consultations! I cannot offer medical advice or act as your animal companion's vet. Please consult with your veterinarian if you have questions about treating your animal with herbs. Many dogs will eat herbs directly mixed with canned or whole foods. Herbs can also be placed in capsules or made into a tea. Most formulas contain about 50 teaspoons per 100g but this varies formula to formula.

Please let me know if you need a special order. I stock about 250 herbs, mostly Chinese. Most of my herbals can also be used for cats but some creativity is required to administer. A special order is where you tell me what herbs and the amounts you want in the formula. I can sometimes also make something from a formula name however there are often multiple recipes for the same formula names.

I only ship within the USA, and Canada.

I ship free within the USA by first class mail. Priority mail with tracking is available for an added fee. Priority mail speeds up delivery but it still takes us time to make your herbs. We do not do overnight mailing. Free Priority shipping upgrade when you purchase two or more items at a time.
Most packages take 2-7 days to ship in the USA but it can sometimes be longer if there are weather issues or during the holidays. I have had packages take over a week to arrive.

Shipping to Canada is by first class mail with an option to upgrade to priority mail at an additional charge. All orders of two or more items are sent by International Priority. Excessive charged shipping fees over $2 above actual shipping costs will be refunded. It usually takes a week or more to ship to Canada. Any package mailed to Canada can be opened and/or held at customs. I am not responsible for items which do not make it through customs.
