I aim for my floggers to be pretty, value-for-money, and above all functional! I started out making floggers for myself and friends, but ended up making the floggers faster than I could make new friends...

...So naturally I turned to Etsy! I'm a friendly person, so if you have any queries about my products, or are thinking about making a custom order (fully designed just for you), or made to order (my usual items in your choice of colours), just give me a shout.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If you are not fully satisfied with your item then please do get in touch. I am happy to refund or exchange faulty or otherwise unsatisfactory items, even if it's just a matter of your new flogger just not 'feeling' right.

For faulty floggers I will pay return postage, and for changes of mind the buyer is expected to pay return postage, and return the item in good condition. I will not resell a used flogger.

I take full responsibility for any items lost or damaged in the mail, but items going missing after delivery come under the customer's responsibility.
Payment on purchase for my standard listings.

For fully custom orders I don't ask for payment until you've seen photos of the item and are fully satisfied. Made to order items can be purchased up-front.
I post by Royal Mail first class as standard, with proof of postage in case the item gets lost.

I offer upgrades to tracked shipping on both UK and international orders - for international purchases over £20 I automatically include tracking.

If you wish to make alternative arrangements for your postage please contact me and I'll see what we can arrange.

I am happy to ship internationally, however buyers should be aware that they are responsible for any extra VAT charges. On customs forms I will mark all floggers as 'costume accessories' for purposes of discretion.

Floggers are packaged either in plain grey poly mailing bags (discreet option) or more colourful poly bags. Neither gives any indication of the contents (if you wish to identify the package before opening, look out for the return address on the back - 'Maria Kalorkoti, 4 Wiltshire Ave, Stockport, UK, SK5 8DQ). Inside the package your flogger will be wrapped in card to keep it safe during transit and disguise its shape. All individually dispatched floggers will fit through a standard sized letter box.
Additional policies and FAQs
In two minds about a flogger? I am happy to reserve an item for up to a week, with no obligation to buy. The item will remain listed for all to see, but I will sell it only to you for that period, and will mark it clearly as such. Anyone else accidentally purchasing this item will have their money refunded, and if they wish I will update them about the item's status after the week has expired.

Made-to-order items are very welcome, and can be ready for shipping in as little as two days (dependent on if I have the materials in stock).

Fully customised orders will take longer, dependent on the specifications you request. Please message me with your thoughts, and I'll try my best to accommodate you.
