    Welcome!

    Kippax Decorative Art is a family owned and operated stained glass business started by my husband and I in 2014. We strive to create unique, affordable, and quality art pieces for your home. Our art is characterized by its quirky themes, nature, wildlife, and pet inspired motifs, as well as its meticulous craftsmanship and durability. My husband and I often employ re-purposed objects like shells, scrap metal, scrap glass, and even wine bottles in our work to add a personal touch to each piece. It is important to us to be good to the earth in our lives and in our art.

    o Most of our designs are Kippax originals. I’m always open to new ideas - If you see something you like and would like to see it in a different color or have a similar design idea in mind, or a new idea altogether, I am open to collaborating with you to develop a new and completely personal piece.
    o I also love traditional and classic designs. Some things need no improvement.
    o As I move forward in my work and grow as an artist, I am interested in branching out into larger commissioned pieces for windows and doors. Contact me if you are interested in a larger project, I can work with you to create exactly what you’ve been dreaming of!
    o We ship promptly to ensure you receive your art piece in a timely manner and are very responsive if you have any difficulty with an order or are unhappy with your art piece. We are here to work with you and want to ensure you are satisfied with the piece you receive.

    Returns and exchanges
    I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
    But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
    Returns and exchange details
    All items are insured against loss or damage. Orders will be repaired or replaced immediately if this occurs. Please keep all original packing material if your item arrives damaged.

    Requested refunds will be determined on an individual basis. If for any reason you have a problem please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve any issues you may have in a manor that is agreeable to both parties. We appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your purchase.
    Payment
    A 50% non-refundable down payment/ deposit is required on all custom orders prior starting work. The balance is due prior to shipping the finished item.

    We currently accept credit card, Paypal, Etsy gift cards, money order and checks.
    Shipping
    Most items ship USPS Priority Mail.
    All shipments will be tracked and insured.
    Additional policies and FAQs
    We do much of our work on a custom order basis. We will also do wholesale business with gift shops and galleries for specific items.
    Custom Orders require a 50% non-refundable down payment prior to the start of your project, the balance is due prior to shipping.
    Most custom orders can be ready to ship within three to four weeks. An estimated complete/shipping date will be given at the time your order is placed.
