I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

But If you are not satisfied with our items for any reason, please contact us with the problem before leaving a feedback, and we will try to find ways to resolve the problem in a reasonable way.
Some returns are accepted, under the following conditions:

Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
This rule DOES NOT APPLY to custom-made products, digital items, certain perishable goods, or goods that can^t be reused for health or hygiene reasons and are unsealed after delivery (earrings, necklaces, underwear, hair accessories)
✧ You must notify me within 3 days of receipt that you will be making a return. I will not accept returns after this time.
✧ The parcel must be shipped back within 5 days of receipt. Buyer is to pay return shipping with track number.
✧ The item must be returned in new condition and its original packaging and I will decide should I return the payment or not.
✧ Your refund will be issued as soon as the package reaches me. I will return your payment back only when the parcel back to me! (minus shipment costs and Etsy (5%) & Paypal fees (for USA - 1.9% + $ 0.30, other countries 2.9% + $ 0.30) and please, note, that there is non-refundable 9% because I work through an intermediary. Buyer pays for the return shipping.
✧ If the parcel is lost by the postal service's fault, I'll return the money only after the official response from the postal service.
✧ If you do not take out your parcel in time and it comes back, I do not refund the money for shipping and Etsy (5%) & Paypal fees (for USA - 1.9% + $ 0.30, other countries 2.9% + $ 0.30) and please, note, that there is non-refundable 9% because I work through an intermediary.
I will return your payment back only when the parcel back to me!
If you wish to cancel transaction (before the order was sent), please, note, that there is non-refundable (9% intermediary) and Paypal fees (for USA - 1.9% + $ 0.30, other countries 2.9% + $ 0.30).
If you did not pick up the parcel and she returned to me, the buyer pays for re-delivery

WARNING! Before Christmas the delivery time growing up +10-18 days for all countries, because the post offices are very busy. After December 1 I can not guarantee, that your purchase will be delivered earlier than Christmas.
Standard international shipments could take up to 6-8 weeks to arrive depending on the Customs clearance time of your country. Buyers are responsible for Duty, Customs or Royal fees. I will be responsible for export custom declaration and documents and you will be taking care of the local custom duty and import tax if there is any.
PLEASE NOTE: Customs duty is an obligation and liability of a citizen in your country, so every international buyer should be responsible for any tax and custom duty incurred. Generally, the delay or failed delivery is often caused by the policy of different customs. Therefore, please double check your local customs policy carefully before purchase. I CAN NOT be responsible for any failed delivery that was related to the destination customs issue.
As a Seller, I promise to fulfill my obligations to make and ship your order on time (or even faster), but I cannot be responsible for any delays caused by post services (including customs). Please refer to the official website of the postal service to check for possible delay reasons such as inclement weather, forest fires, strikes etc.
• Please note the delivery time may vary and I can't be responsible for losses or delays. If the specified delivery term is over, and you still do not receive the parcel, and while it is not tracked by the search engine, please contact me. Perhaps tracking system that I use can prompt.
• Shipping rates include shipping, insurance and packaging costs.
•All my packages have a tracking number.
• All items are packaged carefully so they have to arrive in perfect condition.
•Please check if your Etsy address is correct. I always ship to Etsy address unless you request otherwise. It is helpful to give me this info in the "note to seller".
If the buyer for any reason fails to take the goods to the post office and the item is returned to the sender means customer not returned.
