If a return is necessary and agreed upon by both parties, the item must be received back to us in a timely manner, in unused condition. The agreed upon amount will be refunded once the item is received.

If a return is approved, please note you will only receive the cost of the items refunded to you, not the shipping. This applies to items that qualified for free shipping as well. The cost of the original shipping will not be refunded, as it has already been spent to ship your items.

Q: What is your turnaround time?
A: Usually about 1 week - however every piece is made to order, so please plan on 1-2 weeks for creation & shipment. Contact me through convos PRIOR TO ORDERING if you have a rush date & I will do my best to accommodate you if time permits.
During the peak Holiday months (Sept. through Dec.) please allow for extra time, as that is our busiest time of year!

Q: Can I wash my tea towel?
A: Our Screen Printed towels are 100% Machine Washable
A: Our Full Color & Customized Sublimation printed towels are recommended for decoration purposes, however if you choose to use for dishes, please note the instructions listed below
- Item must be washed prior to first use to set image; Some fading of print is normal for initial wash, as should be expected.
- Printed using our professional sublimation printing method, and will not peel like vinyl, but will show signs of fading/wear if used & washed excessively.

Q: How do I wash my Tea Towel?
A: Screen Printed Towels: We recommend cold/cool wash cycle, no bleach, Dryer on High/Cotton setting, remove promptly & smooth while warm.
A: Full Color / Customized Sublimation Printed Towels:
Wash in cold water.
Set your Spin Cycle to “Gentle” (or equivalent).
Do not use bleach in the wash cycle.
Do not use liquid fabric softener in the wash cycle.
Move towel to dryer when wash cycle is complete.
Do NOT leave your towel fully wet for extended period of time.
Tumble dry with low or high heat.
Fabric Dryer Sheets may be used.
Do not iron towel without covering image with a “Non-Stick” parchment sheet.

Q: Can I wash my napkins / table runner / apron?
A: Napkins - Yes - HOWEVER - these are all 100% Cotton items & to avoid shrinkage, hand washing in cold water is recommended, laying flat to dry. Spot washing for Runners & Aprons is recommended.

Q: Can I wash my pillow cover?
A: To avoid shrinkage, spot washing is recommended.

Q: Can I get the print I a different color?
A: Some of our customizable listings are available in multiple colors. If there is a color drop down box in the listing, then yes. If there is no drop down box for color choice, then unfortunately, no.

Q: This is gift - can you please add a note?
A: Absolutely! Just add your note request to the "note to seller" box at checkout - no need to contact us through convos.

Q: Do you offer wholesale?
A: Yes! We are on Faire Wholesale, or contact me through convos for pricing & details.

Q: Can you add a gift note / gift wrap?
A: We can't gift wrap your items, but are always happy to add your personal gift note for you - just add your request to the "note to seller" box at checkout.

Q: What do I do if my package never arrived?
A: First, check the tracking info that gets sent to you with your shipping notice, and double check the address you submitted with your order. Sometimes items get "stuck" in the USPS sorting facilities for a few days - please give your package enough time to get through this process!
