Metal/Tin cookie cutters should not be placed in a dishwasher or soaked in water. Hand wash and immediately dry, I place mine in a warm oven to remove all moisture.
3-d Plastic cookie cutters should be kept away from heat. No dishwasher, no hot warm. Mild warm water and towel dry.

Refunds for shipping are not available unless you choose Priority Express and the package is late. USPS does not refund shipping, so I can't either.

Please contact me before returning an item for a refund. Cookie cutters that are damaged may not need to be returned. Rust is caused by improper care and there is not a refund. Please refer to care instructions above.

Please contact me about any return. Cookie cutters are not a returnable item because of food safety issues. If I do issue a return, please contact me for RA number.
Returns without a RA number will not be eligible for refund.

Returns of listings with free shipping are subject to a restocking fee. The amount of this fee will vary depending on item.
