I accept payments through PayPal — which means you can pay with Visa, Mastercard, or American Express, as well as with a direct debit to your bank account.

Please note that you do not need an account to pay for your items through PayPal. Choose the PayPal option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button, then scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a credit or debit card without having to sign up for PayPal.
I ship via USPS to your Etsy registered address. My quotes are based on USPS rates with insurance included for any easily breakable items like glassware. For those items quoted with insurance it is required. Most items are shipped parcel, and large or heavy items will only be shipped parcel post unless you contact me first to make other arrangements.

Estimating shipping costs is an inexact science. I will happily refund overpayments related to shipping and packaging that total more than three dollars.

I will ship your purchases within 5 business days of your payment, usually sooner (I am out of town 10/20-10/27 so all orders during that time will ship on or near 10/28). If you need something quickly please contact me first to make arrangements as I can often accommodate your schedule if you need an item right away.

As a lover of vintage items, I believe in recycling both kitchenware and packaging. Therefore I reuse boxes, bubble wrap, tissue paper, and other packaging that is clean and in reusable condition. Rest assured that everything is well packaged and meant to arrive safely in presentable condition.

Even when not specifically listed, rates for international shipments are available for most items. Please inquire before buying and in your email furnish your full address and contact info. Nearly all international shipping will be via US Priority or First Class Mail to local mail, and time and costs vary by country and package type. In most cases packages must go through local customs and any costs or tariffs are the responsibility of the recipient.
Refunds and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is very important to me. I make every effort to accurately describe items and their overall condition through both photos and words. I welcome you to ask as many questions as you would like beforehand—I am honest and as detailed as possible in my descriptions but am happy to provide more information. Please keep in mind that I only sell vintage items, and they carry with them reminders of their previous lives and loves—it's what gives them their charm.

With that in mind, returns are accepted only if the item was misrepresented. In that case a full refund will be given, with buyer to pay return shipping. Please contact me as soon as possible as the item must be received by me within 10 days after it was delivered to you.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact me first before filing a claim with the carrier.
