Custom and personalised orders

I gladly accept custom order requests and love to hear your ideas! Get in touch to start a convo and I will send you a quote for what you have in mind, I can then create a private listing for you to purchase your order.

Care instructions

Each wall plaque is primed and sealed with gloss varnish once painted. To clean or dust your plaque, please do so with care. Use a soft dry brush to lightly brush away the dust, or a dry microfibre cloth.

My order arrived damaged

The plaster I use to create the wall plaques is very strong, but please take care when unwrapping your plaques once they arrive, as they are still fragile pieces.

I make sure to package each order as carefully as possible before shipping, with lots and lots of padding out and bubble wrapping. If anything should sadly happen to your order on its way to you, please take photos of the damage and send these to me as soon as possible. I usually offer a refund, or if you are happy to wait, I can replace and resend the broken item.

Shipping and delivery

I do offer shipping worldwide, but I like to send all of my parcels using a Tracked service with Royal Mail, parcels also have to be fully insured for the amount of the order in case any damage should occur during delivery.

My postage costs are fair and are worked out using the Royal Mail calculator, sadly international postage these days is not cheap :( so unfortunately I cannot reduce the costs, otherwise I end up vastly out of pocket.

Making times

Most things in my store are made to order and I make and pack everything single-handedly, at the moment it takes on average 3-4 weeks for most of my wall plaques to be made, smaller plaques such as bubbles can be posted in 1-2 weeks. I only work part-time on orders due to being a Mum the rest of the time! So please bear with me :)

Shipping to the United States - updated Feb 2026

I'm pleased to say that artwork is exempt from additional tariffs to the US, so my postage prices to the US have now been reduced again to reflect this!
