Processing time = the time spent preparing your order. Ordering materials, making patterns, making the items, and packaging.
If materials are needing to be ordered they are done so right away after I receive the order confirmation.
Due to Covid-19 shipping delays once the package is handed to the post office may happen.

I do not take returns or exchanges. No exceptions.
Items are fully shown on what they look like before the buyer commits to buying with the exception of mystery items which the buyer is held accountable they understand they do not know what item they will be shipped. All items including mystery items will be shipped in brand new condition with no flaws.
I will not take cancellations for orders.
Items ready to ship are packed same day. (To be shipped within the processing time)
Made to order items are considered in progress from the moment they’re ordered.
This gives time for me to order the needed materials, create the item, and pack it.
Processing times
My processing times are stated on every listing in the shipping section.
Most items are made to order by me solely. My processing times are non negotiable.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to know the processing time before ordering if you have a deadline to meet. I do not rush orders for deadlines that fall before the processing time is up.
I also will not refund an order that does not ship in time for your personal deadline if the processing time is not up. The processing time is there to give me the adequate time to complete your order and ship it.
All processing times are business days only. Even if the Etsy site says your order will ship during a weekend it’s not guaranteed to go out during Saturday- Sunday.
