This thing pays for itself! The VIP membership gives you access to everything from VIP weekly releases to modified custom orders twice a year! You are sorely missing out if you frequent kittensightings website and dont have this.

Welcome to KittenSightings! A brief overview might be needed to explain what this shop is about. We specialize in providing "gear", (or more commonly defined as "costumes"), to kitten women or men. We prefer that all transactions are for above the age 18. This is an "adult themed" shop so I feel the need to make this clear.

Kitten gear is meant to assist in what is called "kitten play". It is a form of play between a Master/Owner/Dom of a submissive/kitten. This usually means that one human is playing the part of an owner to another human playing the part of a kitten. After that, there is a wide variety of concepts about what kitten play consists of including playing with toys such as chasing toy mice, balls that jingle, playing with yarn or string, purring, cuddling and much more.

Kittens are generally fun loving, we all love to cuddle, to be pet and generally spoiled by loving Masters and owners as we embellish ourselves with lavish kitten gear! Why wouldn't we? We ARE cat goddesses! So, have a look in the shop and see what you think will make you sparkle and be the most individual cat goddess you can be!

Keep in mind you don't HAVE to do kitten play to own ears, tails, paws, or collars! They make incredible fashion statements and are great fun to wear around. I've worn them out many times and I can't count the amount of wonderful compliments.

Let's face it...shipping is awful these days. But, to give you a break, when you pay shipping for one item, any of your next cart items in that same purchase are only $1.00 extra. Yay for a break! However, as my little shipping mice pointed out to me, international shipping is still awful. But, we have found through careful mouse driven research online that the answer to cheaper rates is in the tracking. We send all international packages first class instead of priority. The amount of time isn't that much longer (still about 10 business days), however the down side is you do not get a tracking number for international. But, we think you would much rather pay 1/4 of the price and live without least, that's what the mice team and I think!

Keep in mind that I always ship within 1-4 business days and you will at least get an email notice from us when I have shipped the item out. United States customers, you will also receive tracking number information with your etsy receipt once I update the tracking.

Thanks for reading all this guys! Mice are pretty grumpy when it comes to writing up policies, but the extra overtime in cheese treats seemed to encourage them. =o.o=
Refunds and Exchanges
My team of mice advisers have concluded that refunds are negotiable. This is based solely upon shipping damage and you MUST notify us within 3 days of receipt of your package. I do require proof of any damage before agreeing to refund or have an item returned so please be prepared to have documented any damaged goods. You can send us an Etsy convo and explain the situation with any pictures of the damaged items and I will gladly work to make sure you are satisfied. We strive very hard to make very pleased and happy kitty customers!

However, if you simply want to return the item for any reason other than damaged in shipping, we will not do returns.

We strive to ensure everything is as pictured, but some computer monitors will show the color of items differently. We cannot be held responsible if your shade you picked appears slightly lighter or darker on arrival.

If we ship it to a wrong address, we will agree to refund you as that's our mistake. But if you put the wrong address in, we cannot refund you so please double check your address before you submit your order. Thank you!
