5 out of 5 starsLove the product! It did take a while to receive, so order with time to spare. I didn't get any communication from the seller and was given no instruction on how to attach the felt to the rod. Had to figure that out on my own. Overall, great product.

It started with our own DIY wedding
We had so much fun planning our DIY wedding that took place in a historical landmark barn in Springfield, Ohio.
One of the highlights of the reception was our photo booth. We noticed that photo booths were starting to become a pretty regular thing at weddings and parties. As we were looking through our photos we kept coming up with more ideas for different themed props. Well, we couldn't really have another wedding for ourselves (although we would have loved to!) we thought why not provide other people with these fun props!
Truth be told we already had some experience with selling on Etsy so it was worth a shot.

We are Kristen & Chris and we make photo booth props for your parties!
Shop policies
We use stiffened felt for all of our products which come with 12 inch wooden dowels. We prefer using felt over paper. This makes a quality product that is less likely to bend and wrinkle and can be enjoyed over and over again.
We know that party and wedding planning is a huge undertaking and the details tend to cause the most stress so it was very important to us to provide a service that makes things easy for our customers.

Shipping
Please allow 3-7 BUSINESS days for handling time once payment has been received and cleared.
Please understand that we are a tiny little shop with an enormous amount of orders and emails that come in daily. We do our best to answer all emails with questions about rushed delivery, custom orders, etc. Our top priority is to our paid customers and answering any questions or concerns they may have. After that we try to respond to all other inquiries. We apologize if we do not respond right away and we thank you for understanding. This isn't to say that we do not accept custom orders or rushed orders, we most certainly do but sometimes there are not enough hours in the day.
RUSH ORDERS:
If you wish to have your order sent before the handling time or you need it by a certain date please remember that ALL rush orders must be discussed PRIOR to placing your order.
If you place an order with a note that you need rushed shipping WITHOUT a confirmation from us we will do our best to do so however in the event that we can not we reserve the right to cancel your order. In the event that your order is cancelled you will receive a refund for items purchased but there will be a 20% re-stocking fee. It may be necessary to place an additional fee for quicker shipping and processing, however, this charge will only be applied when agreed upon by the seller and the buyer.
If you have an event and need your items by a certain date we will be happy to work with you however if you don't communicate with us about a specific time for arrival, we will adhere to our 3-7 business day handling time policy.
We understand that party/wedding planning is extremely stressful and last minute details are easily forgotten so we are happy to expedite shipping, however the payment for the quicker shipping must be made BEFORE I can send it out.
Shipping method is USPS 1st class mail.
We do purchase confirmation, therefore if USPS loses the order it is out of our control.
We package these items as securely as possible to prevent any damage, however during the shipping process damages can occur. We take great care in making sure your items get to you in perfect condition, so we can not take responsibility if they are damaged by USPS.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
These orders take between 7-10 business days once the order has shipped. The package must also go through customs.
Packages are occasionally delayed by customs, this is out of our control and we request that you factor this into the delivery time.
Unless you get in touch with us to use a different address, your item will be shipped to the address you provided to Etsy. We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect address.
