KitzieG's Shop Policies
At KitzieG you'll find an irresistible collection of hand designed modern botanical papercuts created by me, Laura Duffey. My designs are available as professionally printed art giclee prints, greetings cards, gifts and homeware. I also stock a range of products based on my mother's (Susan Duffey) original artwork.
I'm very happy to gift wrap and send items as gifts with a card and a note - for no extra charge. Just leave me details in the note to seller when you make your purchase.
I live in the UK, and work from my home studio. You can contact me via email at info [!at] KitzieG.com, or through an Etsy conversation if you are set up with an account.
I accept payment via Paypal. Please make payment immediately after ordering. You can still use Paypal with your debit/credit card even if you don't have an account.
Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days of payment, with the exception of tote bags and pillow covers which are made to order and shipped within 2-3 weeks. I will update you as soon as your order is on its way.
Purchases within the UK are sent out via Royal Mail's First Class service, and Royal Mail Airmail for the rest of the world. Domestic orders should typically arrive with you within 1-2 days of posting, and international orders usually within 10 working days of posting.
Royal Mail's service is very reliable, but if you would like your purchases sent recorded delivery (UK) or International Signed For or Airsure (International), then please let me know and I will requote for postage and packing, based on the service you require.
If for any reason your package has not arrived within 15 working days for UK domestic, 20 working days for Europe or 25 working days for the Rest of World, I can offer you a refund or replacement.
International customers - please check your country's own guidelines for customs charges and import tax. All additional charges related to import are to be borne by the customer.
Refunds and Exchanges
All items are sent in perfect condition and appropriately packaged for protection. If your item reaches you in less than perfect condition, please let me know as soon as possible after arrival and I will do my best to put things right for you via a refund or replacement. I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.
I hope that you'll be delighted with your purchase, but if for any reason you wish to return it, please notify me immediately on receipt either through a convo or email. the item(s) should be returned unused and still sealed (where applicable), in the original packaging, in perfect condition for resale. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and it is recommended to obtain a certificate of posting as I cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
Please be aware that custom orders are non-returnable.
I have a 100% positive feedback record and aim to ensure every single customer is delighted with their purchase. If you are not happy in any way at all please do contact me via convo or email before leaving neutral or negative feedback. Excellent customer service is important to me and I aim to solve any problems you might have prior to feedback being left.
