5 out of 5 starsThe towel is a thick, durable cotton. a bit stiff but it will soften in time. I liked that the material is thicker than most. It is stylish with the various colored script (as pictured; notice letters are artfully distressed looking) and looks cute in my kitchen. If you're giving it as a gift, shipping takes longer because the seller is from England so just be aware and order in advance accordingly.
