How are your shirts made?
All designs are created in Canada and printed on demand using professional DTG (direct-to-garment) printing. This means each shirt is made just for you — no mass production, no waste.
Where do orders ship from?
We use local fulfillment in Canada and the USA.
Orders to Canadian addresses are printed and shipped from Canada.
Orders to US addresses are printed and shipped from the USA.
This helps avoid customs delays and keeps shipping costs fair.
How long will it take to get my shirt?
Order Processing Notice
Orders are manually reviewed and approved before being sent to our print partners.
Please allow an extra 1–2 business days for processing before production begins.
Production usually takes 3–5 business days once your order is placed. Shipping time depends on your location:
Canada: about 2–5 business days after production
USA: about 3–8 business days after production
During peak seasons (like Halloween), allow a little extra time.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each shirt is printed specifically for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please check the size chart before ordering.
How do I pick the right size?
Each listing includes a size guide. We recommend measuring a favorite shirt you already own and comparing it to the chart for the best fit.
How should I care for my shirt?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors.
Tumble dry low or hang to dry for best results.
Do not bleach.
Iron inside out if needed (avoid ironing directly on the print).
Custom and personalised orders
Yes! Our shirts make great gifts. You can ship directly to the recipient by entering their address at checkout. Prices are not printed on the packing slip.
