Frequently asked questions
Q: I haven't received my item despite the tracking indicating it was delivered.
A: Take the following steps:
1. Contact your local post office and inquire about the package. Sometimes, delivery carriers leave packages with neighbors or in secure locations.
2. Reach out to your neighbors to see if they received the package by mistake.
3. Check your shipping address is correct.
If you are unable to locate the package after 7 days, please file a case with USPS. You can do so by visiting this link: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm.
Some items may be eligible for a replacement or refund once you've completed the above steps. Please don't hesitate to contact me for further assistance.
Orders will only be considered for replacement or refund within 30 days from the date the tracking was marked as "delivered".
Q: Care Instructions
A: For all clothing items, please wash them INSIDE OUT using a DELICATE washing cycle. Tumble dry on LOW heat or hang them to dry. Avoid ironing over the decoration (printed area).
Please note that failure to follow these instructions could potentially cause the design on your item to flake off, although this is very rare. Kiwi Picks cannot be held responsible for customers who do not adhere to these care instructions. Refunds will not be issued for items where the care instructions were not followed.
Q: Do you sell your designs as an SVG or PNG?
A: No, all designs are exclusively created by us. We do not authorize the reproduction or resale of our artwork on any platform, whether for commercial or personal use, including for home production.
Q: If I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address.
A: Please note the following:
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address provided during checkout. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to change the address after 12 hours.
Orders with misspelled names or incorrect shipping addresses due to customer error will be returned to our printing facility.
Upon receipt of the returned item, reshipment can be arranged at the customer's expense. Please note that original shipping fees and item costs will not be refunded.

- Staging Items Not Included: Other items in the product photos are for staging purposes and are NOT included in your purchase.
- Color Variations: Colors and saturation/brightness displayed on your monitor/phone/device may differ from the actual item. This can be due to many reasons, including your device/screen settings, variations in lighting both in photography and in person, and individual color perception.
