I am the only person creating products for this shop. I also work a full time job, and I am currently in college part time working towards an ASL interpreter degree. Please pay attention to processing times and shipping estimates as I cannot always guarantee a faster processing time.
I offer jewelry, accessories, crafts, and cups. Please contact me for any custom orders and I will do my best to accommodate.

Kiwi is a 4 year old Doberman mix that loves toys, treats, and hugs! She oversees all production (AKA: she watches me like a hawk cause she thinks my big mean Cricut is gonna hurt me) and she gets a treat every time an order comes in :)

Personalized orders
I am more than happy to do personalized orders! Listings that can be personalized will have a "Personalization" box. Please be sure to enter all required information there, and make sure to proof read. I am not responsible for any misspellings submitted on the order. If you need to make changes to spelling or vinyl color, please contact me within 24 hours. If outside of that time frame, I cannot guarantee that the changes can be made due to fast processing.
No returns/refunds/exchanges on personalized items, unless damaged in transit. See "Refunds, Replacements, Returns?" for more information.
Care instructions
All orders will include a thank you card. On the card is a QR code that leads to my linktree, where you can find a link to care instructions!

I am also not responsible for any customs fees.
I recommend using ParcelsApp.com and use your Customs ID/Order ID to track packages. Message me if you need help with this.

Incomplete/Invalid Address
If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for replacement shipping.
Please double check your address before submitting your order. I can change the address before shipping. Once your item ships, I am not responsible for incorrect addresses.
If the item is returned and no correct address or shipping payment is received, the order will be refunded minus shipping and packaging costs once I receive the package back.
If the item is fully customized, there will be a 25% fee collected from the refund to cover product costs.
Please be sure to triple check the address submitted. If your house is new, be sure to check with the post office that the address is registered.
Refunds, Replacements, Returns?
No refunds, replacements, or returns are allowed due to most items being made to order.
If the item is damaged in transit, please send me photos/videos of the damage within 24 hours of delivery. If no proof of damage is received, I cannot offer a refund. I make no guarantees of refund/replacement if proof of damage is received outside of this timeframe.
If an item is marked returned to sender due to incomplete address, a refund will be issued minus shipping and packaging fees. If the item is fully custom, a 25% fee will also be removed from the refund to cover product cost. See "Incomplete/Invalid Address" for more information.
My package says delivered, but I don't have it?
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, be sure to check with neighbors/apartment offices just in case. Sometimes the postal service will mark a package as delivered when it's not. Please wait 24-48 hours for deliver (per USPS customer service!)
If the item is still not delivered, you will need to contact your local post office. In person is best, but you can also call. Be sure to call the physical location and not the 800 number! They should be able to help you and provide an exact GPS scan for where the package was delivered. The buyer is responsible for filing a missing package with the postal office. Depending on the shipping chosen, I can file an insurance claim.
