I'm Eliana, I design and make all the pieces.
Every model is handmade with high-quality materials, mainly sterling silver. As contemporary pieces could be in combination with wood, silk thread or aluminum, as well.
Why gift jewelry?
Giving custom made jewelry to our loved ones means knowing their wishes and translating them into special handmade pieces; to materialize them to become a part of a treasure chest; to wear them on the body and show them off at important events or simply wearing them until they become an extension of ourselves.
A piece of custom-made jewelry is an asset that stays, a tangible reminder, an amulet that accompanies us with omen of good wishes.

Welcome to my shop! I enjoy designing and making contemporary jewelry! Hope you like the pieces!
Ever since I was a little girl I felt passionate for architecture. It all started like a game: I loved drawing houses, fitting Legos as small buidings, building houses for my dolls. I studied Architecture at Universidad de Buenos Aires and having many study areas gave me the opportunity to understand that what I was eager to explore were not buildings, the greater structures: what I searched for always led towards the smaller scale. While studying Industrial Design I ventured towards Jewelry and I discovered that, unlike Architecture, Jewelry allowed me to participate all throughout the process: creative, research, layout and finally, development.
Both professions coexist within me, giving each other constant feedback, enabling the work of each one to be reflected on the other, allowing me to explore different realities.
My jeweler half takes me back to my childhood, where magic creativity turned, almost instantly, an idea into reality...

* I start working on orders only after the payment has been cleared out, in case of e-checks that may take around 10 days.
Shipping
* The shipping costs include packaging, postage, and handling.
*When it is at your address? Processing Time + Delivery Time.
*We offer Worldwide Free STANDARD Shipping with PostNL.
*Please take into account that this shipping has no tracking or insurance.
*Normally orders arrive within the time the Post informs but might happens because of bad weather or holidays, it arrives a few days later.
*If you want a Track & Trace shipping you can upgrade the shipping option to Track & Trace.

Refunds and Exchanges
* Every object is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect conditions. But for your peace of mind, if it arrives damaged, please email me to info@klenicki.com with an attached picture of the piece, and send it back unused and with the original packaging to The Hague (I'll pay the shipping charges). I'll send you a good product back, or I'll refund your money - that's up to you.
* The pictures of the products describe them faithfully. However, if you receive your product and is not what you expected, you can ship it back to The Hague, The Netherlands (you'll have to pay for shipping) and when I receive it I'll refund your money.
*I'll provide my address in any case. Please ask for it.
