Returns and exchanges
Items generally may be returned for store credit only. Items must be returned within ten days of receipt of item in the condition in which it was received. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs for returns/exchanges.
I am always happy to answer questions about items in my shop and to send you more photos of ready made items. Please note that colors are accurate on my screen, but may differ slighly on yours due to monitor settings.
Payment
Payment is expected within 48 hours of order placement. Please let me know if you need longer and I will work with you!
Payments through Paypal or Etsy Direct Checkout preferred, money orders also accepted.
Shipping
Ready to ship orders generally ship within 2 business days of payment. Made to order and custom orders ship in about 7-10 days.
Gift wrap and priority mail upgrades are always available. Convo for more info, as prices will vary by order.
All items ship with delivery confirmation. Insurance is optional and must be requested by the buyer. Additional fees will apply.

***I am willing to ship to any country. As it is nearly impossible to calculate accurate shipping charges to every area, I have added a general international shipping rate to all of my listings. If you are outside of the United States and would like to place an order, feel free to make your purchase and I will promptly refund any shipping overages. If you would like me to adjust the rates before you place your order, please contact me and I will happily do so!
