KnitNicoleKnit's Shop Policies

Welcome

Each item is individually hand made by me, Nicole, in my smoke-free, dog friendly** home. I use high quality yarns in all of my projects. I will state the type of fibre used in each project so you can avoid any fibres that you dislike for any reason.

**The knitting projects are kept out of his reach, and off of furniture that he uses. Each item is checked for dog hair before shipping. Despite great attention to detail, some stray hairs might make it through. They can easily be removed by shaking out the item, picking the hairs out individually or laundering the item in cold water, and laying flat to dry.

Payment

Payments accepted through PayPal. Payment must be made within 24 hours of order being placed, unless otherwise agreed upon. If payment is not made within 24 hours, transaction will be cancelled.

Shipping

I will use the least expensive shipping option, by default. This could mean that your item(s) could take a few weeks to be delivered, especially if shipping internationally.
If you would like a rush order, or an exact shipping price, please convo me before placing your order so I can update the listing for you.
If you see something you like, and your shipping location is not listed, feel free to contact me, and I will calculate your shipping costs as quickly as possible!
While I take great care in all items prepared for shipment, I unfortunately cannot be held responsible and do not give refunds for damaged or lost orders in the shipping process. if something went wrong with the shipping process, please convo me, or send an email at nicole (at) knitnicoleknit (dot) com

Refunds and Exchanges

I take care in providing the most accurate description possible. Due to differences in monitor settings, I can't guarantee that what you see is the exact colour of what you're getting.
Because of this, I do not offer any sort of refund/exchange except for in special cases where I make a mistake.
I expect feedback to be left within 30 days of the completion of the transaction. If you have not contacted me in that time, I will expect you are satisfied with the item and leave positive feedback for you.
