Shipping
I ship all items under 1 lb via USPS first class mail and items over 1 lb via priority mail. You will receive a notice with tracking number after the item is shipped. Priority mail is automatically insured for $100 per package, First class mail does not have insurance. All packages under 1 lb are shipped First class. If you want to upgrade your shipping method or purchase additional insurance, please contact me in advance. Knit Play Love is not responsible for delayed/lost packages.
International orders:
I ship all international orders by USPS first class mail (it does provide a tracking number, but does not have insurance), if you would like priority shipping with insurance, please choose Priority shipping at the check.
Shipping upgrades:
If you would like to add insurance to your package, please contact me and I would be happy to do this for you. If you are an international buyer and would like priority shipping with insurance, please contact me for shipping rates. I am not responsible for lost packages by mail carriers outside of the US.
