Autumn and Halloween are coming! Dying wool for September 1 update. Future batts!
Stripe batts are so fun to spin and knit, but so hard to photograph effectively. I'm spinning one now to use as a sample. I believe it will be a Sockhead hat when it is done!

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
I check orders carefully before I ship, but I can still make a mistake. If something isn't right, please contact me right away so I can fix it. Also, if you believe the item was not as described, or has arrived damaged, please let me know. We'll work it out!

(The following policies were written to cover very rare, but previously experienced, events)
* If you cancel an order before it ships, you will be given a full refund, minus $1 per item as a restocking fee.
* If you cancel an order after it ships (due to no fault of mine, ex: changed your mind or ordered by mistake), when the item is returned to me, I will refund the purchase price of the item, not including my cost of shipping.
State sales tax is automatically calculated and added for Indiana residents.
I use calculated shipping and recommend choosing First Class mail (the default), as I find that it is less expensive and nearly as quick as Priority Mail. If you would to upgrade Priority Mail, you may choose that option at check out. Packages typically go out by the day after your order. When your package ships you will receive a tracking number.

If the shipping costs calculated by the system exceed the actual cost of shipping by $1 or more, the overage will be refunded.
