All orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail, unless Priority shipping is selected at checkout. You will receive an email with tracking information once your package has shipped.
Any items that cannot be sent First Class will be sent through USPS 2-Day Priority (US only). This option is for heavier items, such as some larger stuffed animals, pillows, or if you have purchased more than 1 item.

• Please make sure that your shipping address is correct! There are no refunds if I am given an incorrect address.

•Tracking is available with all packages sent. If your package gets lost in the mail, the USPS is responsible.

All orders shipped internationally will be shipped by USPS First Class International Mail.
Anyone buying outside of the US should be aware that USPS only provides tracking to certain countries.
Please note that all taxes, duties and customs fees associated with international shipping are the buyer's responsibility. Prices for different countries vary greatly.
Shipping arrival times will vary from different countries.

Please make sure that you have read the description of the item thoroughly before purchase. Keep in mind that colors can appear slightly darker or lighter depending on your computer monitor's color settings.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

To maintain the original softness and durability of these toys, I recommend spot-cleaning them with a wool wash soap and cold water, then laying them flat to dry.
If you ordered an item that is made with hand-dyed materials, it is suggested to mix 1/2 T of white vinegar in with wool wash and cold water. The white vinegar helps to prevent dye migration.

*Please do not submerge your new toy into water.
*Please spot-clean only if necessary.

Over time, with most knitted materials, lint may occur. This can easily be fixed with a small lint shaver, making your adorable stuffed animal look new again!
Lint shavers can be found at your local convenience store or online.

All of my items are handmade with love in a smoke-free environment

I can make just about anything. If you want something made by me and do not see it available in my shop, please message me. Let's see what we can come up with together!

If you see an item you want, but would like it made with a different material (for example, wool for acrylic), message me and I will let you know if that is available. Please keep in mind that pricing is subject to change when substituting with certain materials.

Color changes are welcome as well! Pricing for color changes will remain the same.

For "Made to Order" items, your toy will be shipped after your order is placed and payment is received.

Your package will be sent to you delicately wrapped in tissue paper and tied with a pretty ribbon. You will also have my business card, so you can contact me directly at any time.



As a Gift:

If you are sending one of my toys as a gift, please leave me a note in the "note to seller" box at checkout that says "Gift", and I will send it out without a receipt.
If you would like to send a personalized note, please leave me your note in quotation marks, so I know exactly what to put on your card.
