How It All Began

A woman in my church was kind enough to teach me the basics of knitting when I was pregnant with my third child. Once I caught the knitting bug, I never stopped. I think I enjoy making items for babies so much because they are generally smaller projects that can be completed in a shorter period or time - I tend to get bored easily! Plus, there is nothing more scrumptious that snuggling up with a little one, who is bundled up in a beautiful, hand knit garment! Right?
