Un po' di me...vivo e lavoro a maglia a Charlotte, Carolina del Nord, in una casa con mio marito, due figlie e un gatto pazzo. Crescendo, ho trascorso molte giornate estive nelle splendide montagne Blue Ridge, dove mio nonno vendeva le sue opere d'arte incise e tinte a mano alle fiere dell'artigianato. Questo ha fatto nascere in me l'amore per i prodotti fatti a mano e l'apprezzamento per le arti e gli sbocchi creativi.
Mi sono dilettato nella fotografia da quando frequentare le lezioni a scuola ha suscitato il mio interesse. Il mio negozio ha fornito uno sbocco per affinare le mie capacità fotografiche di prodotto. Adoro la sfida di ottenere lo scatto perfetto per mostrare il lato migliore delle mie creazioni a maglia.
Lavorare a maglia era un'arte che mi interessava da tempo, ma non avevo mai avuto il tempo di praticarla. Quando finalmente mi sono seduto e ho imparato il mestiere, è nato un nuovo amore! Mi definisco una dipendente dai filati e vorrei avere più ore al giorno per crearne ancora di più. Quando non lavoro a maglia, penso a nuove idee su come utilizzare la mia scorta di filati. Spero che ti piaccia ciò che vedi e non vedo l'ora di aggiungere nuove creazioni! Torna presto perché aggiungo sempre nuovi pezzi!

A little bit about me...I live and knit in Charlotte NC in a home with my Husband, two daughters and one crazy cat. Growing up, I spent many summer days in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains where my Grandpa sold his hand etched and dyed artwork in craft fairs. This bred in me a love for handmade goods, and an appreciation for the arts and creative outlets.
I have dabbled in photography since taking classes in school peaked my interest. My shop has provided an outlet for honing my product photo skills. I love the challenge of getting just the perfect shot to show off the best side of my knitted creations.
Knitting was an art I have long been interested in, but never had the time to do. When I finally sat down and learned the craft a new love was born! I am a self described yarn addict and wish I had more hours in a day to create even more. When I'm not knitting, I'm thinking up new ideas for how I can use my yarn stash.
