Welcome to my shop of knitted treats. It has been a dream of mine to have this shop for the past 3 years and now it has come true.
I love to knit things that people love and treasure. It gives me joy that something that I created can do that.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
The payment methods that I accept are Paypal and money order. The item you have purchased will be shipped out when Paypal has gone through or the money order has cleared.

With custom orders, payment needs to be received before item has begun to be made.

If you decide to cancel your order prior to receiving it and have already made your payment, you will receive a refund.
Shipping
I do ship internationally.

If you are outside the United States and wish to purchase an item, send me a message and I will figure out the shipping cost to your country. I will let you know how much the shipping cost will be before purchasing so you can decide if its right for you.

I ship via the US postal service.

I always track the packages I mail out so I can make sure they get to you. I will provide the tracking number to you so that you may track your package as well.

If you would like insurance on your package please let me know when purchasing so I can make sure that is added.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you receive your item and are unhappy with it for any reason, please contact me and let me know. I am sure we can come to some sort of solution.

If for some reason your package gets lost in the mail then I will try all that I can to recover it. That is why I like to track everything, to make sure it gets to you. If it is the fault of the postal service I am unable to give a refund. If this is a concern then I would recommend adding insurance to your order.

I love to do custom orders.

If you have a custom order that you would like made send me a conversation. I will set up a special listing for you.

When you contact me regarding a custom order we will figure out the time frame for when such an item will be finished by. If that time frame should change you will be notified. You will be kept up to date of the progress of your item.
