I want to manage expectations for you and myself, and not feel the pressure to respond the moment I see the message while my 3 kids are throwing fits about distance learning. I’m sure you can relate :)
You purchased an order but don’t know what’s happening next.
We got the order! It’s in the queue. Once we’ve shipped the order we’ll tell etsy the tracking number and they’ll notify you.
Please note that USPS is overwhelmed and short staffed. We’re running into similar issues that come up during holiday times. Please be patient.
You’re out of _________ color in _________ yarn base. Can we please get this back in the shop?
Definitely!! We are not doing dyed to order at the moment but we will add your request to the dye list and make it happen.
I got my order and it’s not what I was expecting, can I exchange for a re-do or a different color?
Sure thing jellybean! Send it back to 19959 E Burnside St, Portland Oregon 97233. When we get it back, we’ll re-dye it and ship it back out. Thank you for your patience!

Hey friends! We are still aiming for a three week turn around at the most. We're down from a staff of 6 to a staff of 2. We are being safe, and taking care of our health. You will get a tracking number via etsy when your order ships, if you haven't received one yet it means your order hasn't shipped.

We dye to order and try to turn orders around as fast as possible. Sometimes life pops up and slows us down. If it's been longer than three weeks and you haven't gotten a notification with a tracking number please message.
