Knittynudo's Shop Announcement

Folk inspired eco-friendly needle felted dream creatures, animals, curiosities, monsters, mythological creatures, woodland beasts, knitted amigurumi, hand-crafted homeware and accessories. Needle felted with love and soul.

I believe in eco-friendly art, and so practically all of my items are either 100% wool (a completely natural and renewable resource) or hand crafted from fairtrade Indian and Nepalese sari silk remnants, hence reducing waste and bringing a bit of exotic colour into our homes.

For every listing, the item you see is the exact item you receive. All of my creatures are already made and are enjoying the view before embarking on their next adventure.

You can follow my adventures via the Knittynudo blog at: . Knittynudo can also be found on Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.

Knittynudo's Shop Policies

Quirky needle felted folk fibre art, straight out of the natural world. I have a strong folk ethic, and love to create creatures and items that remind us of legends, myths, and those whimsical stories that take us back to the woodlands.

All items are handmade from my home in the cold north of England, and lovingly designed to keep you company on your path through life.

I accept Paypal.

I can accept cheques on a case by case basis, but if you need to do this send me a message and we can discuss it!

If you need to cancel an order, let me know as soon as possible.

Items will be shipped as soon as payment is received, and this will usually be within three business days of the sale.

If you're ordering a custom item, 50% payment will be taken upfront, and then the further 50% when I've completed the item. Or if you prefer, you can pay in full at the beginning. Just convo me and we can discuss it!

I ship all UK items first class, and pack them lovingly and carefully in a recycled cardboard Kraft box.
Overseas orders will be standard airmail. I'll obtain proof of postage with every item sent. I do not provide tracking as this incurs extra cost for posting. If you would like an item tracked please let me know and I'll update the listing for you to cover the additional cost.

If you have any personal specifications or want me to upgrade postage please let me know, and we can work out if there are any extra costs.

To care for our environment I use as much recycled and recycleable material as possible, including cardboard, tissue, and padding. Doesn't it feel good to treat nature well? :)

Refunds and Exchanges

I do offer refunds when they're necessary. Please contact me if you have any questions.

I cannot refund custom orders however, as they have been created specifically for you.

If you wish to return an item for any reason, please just send me a message. You must do this within 30 days of receiving the item. You will then have to post the item back to me, and when I receive it I'll refund you! I cannot refund the cost of p&p.
