We do not accept returns, but if your order arrived damaged, please contact us immediately.

We must be notified within 2 business days of delivery acceptance to file a claim. Supporting evidence MUST be provided for us to file a claim with the shipping entity. These include: Product photo clearly showing damage and all packaging, inside and out. You MUST hang on to all the package contents and have them available for the courier to take back and inspect. Failure to comply may result in a rejected claim decision from the shipping entity and we will not be able to give a refund or replacement.

All orders will be shipped to the address provided. If the address provided is incorrect and the shipper is not able to deliver, buyer is responsible for arranging pick up or rescheduling delivery directly with shipping entity. If the item is returned to seller, buyer will be responsible for all return shipping charges and new shipping charges to resend the package to a new address. A refund will not be given for wrong addresses.

Hey there! My name is Devin and I am the creator behind Knock on Wood Designs. I have always thrived in woodworking and home design, so in 2017 I decided to combine those passions and give others the ability to bring creative pieces to their homes. I enjoy graphic design, woodworking, painting, and photography.

Out of the shop, you’ll often find me spending time with my husband and our new baby boy, hiking the trails behind our home, or watching Harry Potter.

Opening my shop has given me the opportunity for me to grow into a professional creator and take time to do what I absolutely love. I hope my handmade creations add some love to your life and home!

Returns and exchange details
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns and exchanges unless they arrive damaged. We will have to submit a shipping claim, so any refund is reliant on this claim. If your items arrive damaged, you must contact me within 24 hours of receiving order. Buyer is responsible for return shipping if claim is not successful. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to help you.

Conditions of damage claims:
We try our hardest to package our signs with the ultimate protection. Sometimes the mail system is not so careful with fragile items and some items arrive damaged. If this is the case for you, please message us immediately. We can file a claim with USPS as long as you send us pictures of the broken items and damaged packaging. If claim cannot be made, buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Can I receive my order sooner than the current turnaround time?

Can I send you picture of a sign someone else made?

You can send me anything, but we will not copy someone else's designs. We pride ourselves on being original, so send me your inspirations and we will create something close!

Can I see font examples before I purchase?
We send out font mock-ups for you after purchase- for custom orders ONLY. If you are unhappy with what we provide, we will cancel and refund your order!

Can I cancel my order?
We allow a 4-hour cancellation window for our customers. Once we ship your sign, we can no longer offer cancellations. Once production is started on custom orders, the order cannot be cancelled.

Custom and personalised orders

We personalize orders to suit your needs. To insure customer satisfaction, I will communicate with the buyer to gather as many details as possible, including sample pictures. After the product is finished, I will send a photo of the finished product for approval before shipment.

Because customized orders do not ship until approval, refunds or exchanges on customized orders are not allowed.

Local pick-up

We love local buyers and buyers that will be in the area. We offer local pick-up to save on shipping. Please message me ahead of time to use the local pick-up code for free shipping!
