The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

HANDMADE ITEMS: If you are not completely happy with your product, we can make a full refund minus the shipping costs within the first 7 days of receipt.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me prior to leaving feedback and allow us the opportunity to review your concerns and find a solution to satisfy both buyer and seller. Photographs may be requested.
Payment
Payment is expected at time of purchase. Any item not paid after 24 hours will be re-listed.
Shipping
ALL ORDERS: Items are typically shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail depending on the item.

If shipping upgrade is needed, please contact me for quote. Full payment (including ‘add on” such as insurance) is required prior to any item being shipped. I ship to address on Etsy invoice. Please contact me if you would like your purchase shipped to a different address.

INSURANCE: We do our best to package each item carefully. However, if breakage occurs in transit, Knots of Love Studios is not responsible for item cost or replacement. Please contact me BEFORE purchase by placing item in reserve if you would like to purchase insurance. I will calculate cost and add to item shipping cost.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We are accepting international orders!
