The Knotted Moss is a small business spreading a big message... you are beautiful, you are enough, and you matter. Psalm 139:14 tells us we were intentionally created: “I will praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are your works and that my soul knows very well.”
Our mission is to share a little encouragement with you so we offer a FREE recycled paper bookmark card (size/verse/message may vary). We hope this little bookmark serves as a reminder that you were created with love and a purpose.
If you would prefer a bookmark with an uplifting message (rather than a Bible verse bookmark) a recycled paper bookmark, we are happy to accommodate. Currently we offer the following messages: “you are worthy,” “you are loved,” and “you are made of courage.” If you would like to substitute the Bible verse card for one of the listed messages, please include your request in the sellers notes and we will switch it out free of charge. If you would like a custom message, please send a message prior to ordering to make sure we can accommodate your request.
We use hypoallergenic and high quality materials in our handcrafted jewelry items, including genuine gemstones, high quality hypoallergenic stainless steel metal, and “top shelf” genuine leather. All of our jewelry is handmade in small batches. If you would like a custom order, please send a message and we will do our best to accommodate based on available materials and as time allows (custom order price may include additional charges).

Our items are shipped carefully packaged in a waterproof bubble mailer. All earrings ship boutique style boxed, so your items arrive safely and in style. Whether you are choosing a gift for someone special or simply gifting yourself a little “self care treat,” we hope to provide the recipient a beautiful presentation.

Care instructions
Earring posts and gemstones are VERY delicate...please do NOT transport/store these items with other items that could damage the posts (ex. In a Purse)
*Please review return policy information
Do NOT twist or adjust gemstones and/or wire (fragile gemstones WILL break/crack if improperly handled).
Avoid contact with chemicals, water (never submerge in water!), lotions, etc.
Limit exposure to sun with photosensitive items, including gemstones, that are sensitive to prolonged sunlight
Use high quality essential oils as indicated with the essential oil product lines
Avoid excessive tugging/pulling as well as making adjustments to jewelry.
Small pieces can become choking hazard, keep out of reach from pets/children
Gift wrapping and packaging
The Knotted Moss is an ecofriendly shop and uses recycled paper tags. Styles and inclusions may vary, depending on material availability.
Natural materials such as lavender buds and mica are used in the paper, if you are allergic to those items, please include that information in the notes.
TKM items arrive nearly boxed and carefully packaged in waterproof bubble envelopes.
Return Policy
The Knotted Moss is NOT responsible for damages during delivery and/or damages made by the recipient while wearing, storing, transporting, etc. Please follow care suggestions
Returns are ONLY accepted if the item ordered does not meet the description
Buyers are responsible for return shipping/restocking costs. Refunds are issued ONLY when the item is returned to TKM. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value
If you are unhappy with your order, message immediately upon arrival (within 10 days of delivery date)
Due to hygienic reasons, TKM does NOT accept returns on earrings
