The item is exceptional quality and exactly as pictured. One of the letters was slightly small for my personal eye (just a font related issue with the spelling of my sons name so really a fluke) and Rachel was SO helpful and responsive in helping me find a font I liked better for the name. She was so quick and understanding. I really appreciate her professionalism and quality of product. I can’t wait for him to wear It :) I will definitely be ordering from her again!!
