About

Hello and welcome! I'm Maggy, and I love to make anything and everything. I'm a drama teacher, but I have a ways to go before that can actually pay the bills. In the meantime I'm settling in to my new home in Pennsylvania, with my sweetheart, across the country from my hometown of Santa Barbara, California. I've been a teacher, a wine-bartender, a dog rescuer, a crochet instructor, and on one occasion I baked cupcakes for Snoop Dogg. I've touched the moon (even if it was just a little piece in the museum with a 'no touching' sign) and I spent three weeks in Japan with a train ticket and a backpack. Life is for living, and while settling down in a home is new to me, it's all just another adventure.

You'll see lots of things come and go. Maybe that isn't the best business model, but I'm going to fly on the side of passion and make whatever feels right. I have plans for many patterns and crocheted items, but I'll be peppering in whatever seems interesting currently! I'll also be updating my blog (soon to come).

On the more personal side, I love role playing games and tabletop games more than anything. I'm obsessed with fantasy and fiction, and creativity is the world to me. I've loved writing since I was a little girl. Music, poems, stories, it never mattered. I hope you enjoy taking a look at my store!
