I found a mistake in one of your patterns, what can I do about it?
Each of my patterns has been developed with care and tested by multiple people. However, if you find a mistake in one of my patterns, please send me an email containing a photo of the mistake or detailed description (page number and problem) within 30 days of your original purchase. I will not only refund your purchase, but will also provide you with another pattern free of charge as well as a corrected copy of the pattern you originally purchased when it becomes available.
The pattern I purchased does not list fabric requirements - Is this a mistake?
It's not a mistake. Most of my patterns are Foundation Pieced Patterns and Fabric requirements can vary greatly depending on your technique, experience and level of skill.
I have found that most people like to use scraps from their stash or Fat Quarters to make smaller Foundation Pieced blocks.
Large Patterns and Patterns that are not Foundation Pieced will have a list fabric requirements.
I cant seem to access or download my pattern. What can I do?
The item you have purchased is digital in nature. I highly recommend you download it immediately after purchase and save a copy of this file to your computer for future use. However if something goes wrong and for some reason you can no longer access your pattern, email me with a copy of your receipt, date of purchase or Etsy order number and I will send you another copy as soon as I can.
