CARE INSTRUCTIONS | HANDLE WITH CARE

• Items cannot be refunded or returned for lack of care or maintenance.
• All metals (even precious metals) can oxidize or tarnish over time.
• Always put your jewelry on after applying makeup, hairspray, oil, lotion, or perfumes. These substances build up and can cause dulling, staining, soiling, tarnish and discoloration that can be difficult to clean. Avoid jewelry cleaning solution and/or any chemicals.
• Store in moisture-free (an air tight baggie or container will do the trick), dry, cool environment
• Most items are not suitable for outdoor activities such as: beach days, water sports, exercise, etc.
• Our chains dainty but tough. If the necklace is tugged on repeatedly the chain will likely stretch rather than break.

HOT TO OPEN | ADJUST MY NEW SLIDE KNOT BRACELET?

Our adjustable cord bracelets are made with a slip knot that is very easy to adjust (open and close) once you know the trick.

OPEN

Step 1: Place your bracelet in the position with the face of the bracelet facing down and the knotted side up towards you.
Step 2: Firmly Grasp the bracelet on either side of the slip knot. Pull both sides apart slowly yet firmly.
Step 3: Continue to pull slowly and Firmly
Step 4: Open the bracelet up as much as you need to move your hand in. Do not let the strings separate.
Step 5: Pull it gently on each side to ensure your knots are not too tight and adjust it to desired fit. We recommend asking someone to help you as it makes it easier.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Beautifully handcrafted pieces take time to create. Each order is handcrafted with love! We will create and ship your order out to you within 3-5 business days, don't forget to add shipping/delivery times.

Every purchase is processed in the order it is received. If you need your order rushed, please make sure to select an expedited form of shipping. We offer Priority and Express mail upgrades at checkout for both US and International customers.

Also, please note the date you need it by (in the "notes to seller" section at checkout) so we can work to make it happen, or contact you if it’s cutting it too close and discuss options.

Shipping times are an estimate, and are not guaranteed

• US Standard First Class Mail | 2 to 5 days
• US Priority Mail | 2-3 days
• US Express Mail | 1-2 days
• First Class International | Approx 1-4 weeks
• Priority Mail International | 6-10 days
• Express Mail International | 3-5 days

USPS is typically reliable except during holiday season or other times of heavy demand when delivery times can slip drastically Weather conditions or other circumstances could possibly alter that time frame.

We highly recommend upgrading to Priority | Express Shipping:

INCORRECT ADDRESS & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

• We strongly suggest to double check your address before and after placing an order. Made an error? Contact us immediately!

• Addresses may not be changed once an order has been shipped!

• Packages that are lost in shipment due to an incorrect address will be buyer’s responsibility and will not be refunded.

• Packages that are returned based on incorrect or undeliverable address will be shipped back out once buyer pays reshipment fee.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES?

• Once a package leaves our hands it is completely out of our control. You can visit USPS.com or call them at 1 (800) 275-8777 with your tracking info.

• LOST PACKAGES | If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time frame, feel free to contact us, we will try our best to help you.

• DELAYED PACKAGES | If your package appears to not have checked in on USPS tracking system for some time, it is likely it's still on its way. It can be the result of a delay or missed scan on its route. If tracking has stopped completely, or your item says delivered but has not been, please contact USPS directly.

• INTERNATIONAL | Please be advised that there will be no tracking information for First Class packages since USPS does not offer it.

ADDING INSURANCE PROTECTION TO YOUR SHIPPING!

• We do offer the option for you to add shipping insurance to your order at checkout. This is for domestic standard shipping only.

• All domestic packages include tracking numbers. If somehow your package appears to be lost we cannot replace it unless you purchased insurance at checkout in the original order. You can always contact us and we will do our best to find a solution.

• We do NOT refund international packages marked as delivered. This is because we ultimately have no control over tracing the post once packages leave the US. If your international package seems to be lost please do contact us, we will be happy to assist.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?

Provided that you contact us within 5 days of receiving the item, we would be able to provide refunds for unworn jewelry pieces.

• Personalized/custom pieces cannot be refunded.

• ALL SALE-CLEARANCE items are FINAL 

• Earrings are not refundable.

• Buyer is responsible for the return shipment and there will be a $7.00 restocking fee due to the fact that all of our items are made to order.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Contact us prior to a return, Do NOT just send it back.

• If your returned item gets lost in transit, we will NOT be responsible, insure and/or purchase tracking.

*NOTE
Nylon thread bracelets / anklets / necklaces are final sale due to sanitary reasons.

EXCHANGES: INCORRECT LENGTH | DIDN'T LOVE IT?

If you did not order the correct length, we have two options.

• If you're looking for the perfect fit, you can send it back to us and we will adjust it for you here in the studio. Please do measure so we can get it correctly.

There will be a $10.00 repair fee to adjust length as we will have to create the piece again from scratch.

• Too Short? You can purchase a removable extender chain. Send us a message!

EXCHANGES: FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM

• We accept unworn/unpersonalized exchanges on orders within 5 days of when your package was delivered. Standard shipping rates apply

• Exchanges are not accepted beyond 5 days (14 for international buyers) of when the item is marked "delivered".

CUSTOMS | IMPORT | DUTY FEES

Customs fees, duties, VATs, and/or import taxes may apply to orders shipping internationally. If you have concerns about this, please find out your countries rules and regulations prior to purchase.

These fees are NEVER included in the purchase price, and are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. We will NOT reimburse for the payment of any customs fees, duties, VATs, and/or import taxes.

If these are assessed, be advised that postal services will not release orders for delivery until payment is remitted.

UK - UNITED KINGDOM CUSTOMERS!

VAT | value-added tax. It's a tax based on the consumption of goods and services that are commonly found in the EU and select other regions of the world.

Once your package reaches UK, you will be assessed a VAT fee (including a Royal Mail handling fee) for purchases valued at more than £15 most of the time this VAT will be 20% off the purchase price.

The VAT is NOT included as part of your purchase price. Customer is ENTIRELY responsible for all custom fees, import duties, and taxes should these be imposed. If you have concerns about this, please find out your countries rules and regulations prior to purchase.
