Sizing | How do I decide on length of necklace, bracelet, anklet?

Necklaces: Using necklace from your own collection, measure on a ruler. Add our extender if unsure or to allow you to adjust the length depending on your outfit.
Bracelets: measure your wrist circumference and we recommend adding 1.5 cm (half an inch) for comfort.
Anklet: measure your ankle circumference around your ankle bone. Select size depending on whether you would like a loser fit or a more snug fit above your ankle bone.
When layering necklaces: We suggest choosing a 3 or 4 cm (1.5") length difference between each necklace.

Custom Orders | Can I request a different length or size? Do you take customised and personalised orders?

We love working with customers to try and meet your exact requirements. With many of our items we offer various length/style options. If a size option is not available, please contact us with your desired length/size. Depending on the item, fees may apply.

➳ Customised/Bespoke:
If you are looking to make adjustments to our designs, to customise or personalise an item from our collection, please do get in touch. We would love to hear from you and see if we can help. Some of our designs have come from our customers inspirations! Please feel free to message us and we will see if it is possible, discuss lead times and payment requirements. Please note custom orders are non refundable.

DISC STAMPING | Please read before placing your order

We hand stamp all our tags rather than engraving them, so we are only able to stamp on one side as the imprint shows slightly on the back. Each letter/number/symbol may not perfectly align, there may be slight variations in depth and spacing. This adds a personal charm to every piece, this is not classed as a fault. If you are looking for something more uniform, unfortunately hand stamped is not suited to you.

Jewellery comes in a stylish white KookyTwo box or pouch, so gift-ready.
We can post direct to recipient.
Packaging is dependant on item, please see individual listings.
Items are posted out in a recyclable padded envelope.

➳ Jewellery Care
Please handle sterling silver & gold jewellery with care. Remove when showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping. Avoid contact with perfume, chlorine or hairspray. To clean your jewellery, gently wipe with a soft cloth. Store in an airtight, dry place when it's not being worn, to help prevent your jewellery tarnishing. Interesting fact: the more you wear your jewellery the less it is likely to tarnish!

Productions Times | When will my order ship?

➳ Jewellery is especially made to order. Order dispatch times vary between 1 to 4 business days. Production starts the next working day after receipt of an order. Once dispatched, est. delivery times apply, see shipping FAQ.
• Please consider both production time and delivery timeframe. Allow a possible 1-2 weeks from placing your order to when you receive your lovely items.
• Production days: Monday to Friday, excl. UK Bank Holidays.
• While working to the above timescales, we always aim to dispatch from our studio, as soon as possible.
• If order is urgent, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
• Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you an email to let you know.
• Delivery schedules do not include weekends.

Urgent Request | I need an item urgently or I need express delivery, can you help?

We'd love to try and help. Please get in touch, so we can work with you.
➳ EXPRESS DELIVERY consider the following:
> Time needed to make product - we will advise if possible
> Mon-Thu: Order before 12pm for next working day delivery
> Orders received after 12pm on a Thursday, would be scheduled for delivery the following Monday.
> Saturday express option available for orders placed before 12pm Friday.
> Express deliveries are subject to customer confirming availability to receive order on specified day. KookyTwo will make contact on receipt of order.
> Customer must be available to accept delivery, if unable to accept delivery, as per Royal Mail terms the item will returned to us. We cannot be held responsible for this.

Refunds | Exchanges | What is your policy? We want our customers to be 100% happy with their jewellery, if not we will do everything we can to help.

➳ Refunds / Exchanges:
• Must be in unworn condition.
• Personalised/Custom Items: As they are made especially for you, we do not accept returns (unless we made a mistake)
• Earrings: Unless arrived damaged/defective, we do not accept returns (hygiene reasons).
• Should any item arrive damaged or breaks while wearing, please contact us for the best possible solution.
➳ Exchanges:
• Postage charges apply to resend an item.
• Exchange for re-size: Additional charges will apply for items which are to be completely re-made, such as stretch bracelets, stretch rings and anklets.
• An additional charge or refund will apply, depending on the nature of an exchange.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We will allow 30 business days (UK) or 45 business days (International) from shipping date to review any replacement or refunds. This allows us the advised time for delays or being returned to our return address.

Warranty Period | Repair policy due to accidental damage/breakage

➳ Warranty:
• We offer a 6 month warranty on all products.
• The warranty does not cover general wear-and-tear on parts such as fabric elastic, leather or waxed cotton.
• Warranty is invalid in the event of third-party repairs and careless handling.
• Please note the jewellery care instructions included with your purchase.

➳ Repairs outside of our 6 month warranty:
• We pride ourselves on using high quality products
• We appreciate accidental damage/breakage can happen
• We can help with repairs using our maintenance service. We will ask you to send us to message us with a picture of the damage, and we will then work with you on best possible solution.
