Korena Loves... Memories to Last a Lifetime
It seems like I’ve been creating my whole life. My Mother was an avid crafter and I spent most of my childhood by her side. We made everything from earrings out of peanuts…to birds out of turds…to hurricane lamps out of flea market dishes. We were always doing something artistic and I’m so thankful for all of the good times we shared together over the years. There was always something to look forward to and I couldn’t wait to see what our next project would be!
As an adult, life took me in a different direction. I went to work for a large corporation, but more often than not, when the work day was over, you could still find me at the kitchen table creating. When I became a mother, the tradition continued.
I was inspired to start my shop by a desire to do something I truly loved and to spend more time with my family. Leaving my briefcase and PowerPoint behind was a giant leap of faith, but one worth taking and I haven’t regretted a single moment. I enlisted my daughter as my partner in crime and we set up shop.
The Etsy community brings people together in ways I couldn’t have imagined. So many treasures to share, so many treasures to find, but the biggest treasure of all are the many kindred spirits we meet along the way.
Spending our days surrounded by expressions of faith, hope and love is our business and our joy. We hope the pieces we make will bring joy to those who wear and receive them as well.

Custom and personalized orders
Please review instructions carefully prior to ordering. Our photos reflect examples & inspiration only. Your items will be made to order based on the specifications you provide during checkout.
We carry no standing inventory and produce our products only when ordered so there is no proof process. As a result, production will generally begin without additional conversations or emails. Keep in mind, custom crafted items are seldom perfect or evenly spaced and font/graphics sizes will vary based on character counts and design requests. These characteristics are part of the charm and should not be considered defects. As each item is uniquely made just for you, refunds and exchanges are not available unless an error was made by Korena Loves.

All of our items are packaged with care in individual packaging and ready for gifting.

Wholesale availability
Korena Loves offers 15% off for any buyer, wholesale or retail that purchases 10 item listings or more and 5% off for purchases of 5 item listings or more. Individual bulk item listings like tie bars, money clips & bridesmaid necklaces already have a discount applied and would not qualify for this coupon pricing. Please contact us via Easy convo if you are interested in our wholesale pricing.
Shipping & Delivery
Most of our clients are ordering for immediate gift giving, therefore we are unable to offer expedited production. We work in order of first in / first out so each of our buyers can be assured of a timely turn around.
Korena Loves ships via USPS exclusively. We are located in rural Vermont. Korena Loves is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail. Please contact us if you would like to upgrade to insurance for your purchase. USPS upgrades to Priority Mail and Express Mail are available during checkout, but will not impact production times.

Custom Whistles
Our whistles are working coach whistles. They are not fine jewelry. While they do have a beautiful finish, they are not flawless. Minor imperfections are to be expected and should not be considered a defect. We are unable to refund or exchange based on these minor imperfections present on all whistles.
Can I use a custom logo?
We are able to use a logo provided it isn’t copyrighted, you own the copyright or you are authorized to use the copyrighted art. Korena Loves is not responsible for unauthorized use and will direct owner inquiries to the purchaser as having authorized the logo use.
Many schools, organizations and teams have copyrighted logos and will not authorize use for individual coach gifts so please be sure you may use it.
Our laser reads black and white only so some modification by us is usually required. This means colors, shading, gradients and fine line design features will be lost from the the original. If you choose against using your logo for any of the above reasons, we are happy to source a generic grizzly, wolf, dragon, chess piece, etc.
