We just love to make things!

Welcome to our little shop! I hope you like the things we put a lot of time and love into, as much as we've enjoyed making them.

We are a happy couple, a Carpenter and a Joiner, an Artist and a Musician, happily creating together from our home studio in Cornwall, UK. We love to make all sorts of things in our spare time and we've changed our lives to be able to make more and more beautiful objects. We now share our lives with our beautiful son Oak who loves to join us in our creating!

We are happy to take custom orders to fit your needs, whether for a personalized gift, or a treat for yourself.

As well as creating we enjoy to sell our work. Obviously this shop is designed for that, but we also attend fayres and festivals, where we trade from our beautiful hexagon tent and run workshops for those intrigued by the magic of felt making, crochet hook making and so on.

For us, there is nothing better than meeting people face to face who enjoy our work, spending time with them and sharing how our creations are made.

So, please, find us on facebook, twitter and the main website and sign up for newsletters where you will receive offers you will find nowhere else.

Hi there and welcome to my little shop, I'm a fibre artist from Cornwall, I love to create and make in my home studio.

I'm Beth, I have been crafting all sorts of things for as long as I can remember! I trained and worked as a carpenter for the last 7 years whilst making jewellery, fairy doors and sculpting miniature figurines on the side. I then discovered felt-making and made slippers, bags, hoods, fairy wings and all kinds of clothing on the side of my day job.

It is safe to say my love of fibre arts was born!
I then learnt to spin using a drop spindle and taught myself to crochet and knit. Being self taught I was off a wonky start but thoroughly enjoying the journey. I found that commercial hooks hurt my hands and I couldn't work for long, which was disappointing to me as a newly addicted crocheter. I then suffered an accident at work which meant I suddenly had a lot of spare time with idle hands so I took to the internet and I rediscovered my love of polymer clay. I spent 2 months soaking up info and once I was well enough to work again I was away! My husband discovered leathercraft and we spent many hours tinkering away in our little studio together.

As I am a total crafting addict and self taught, I am always evolving and trying new methods of creating, combining my skills to dream up new ideas. This works wonderfully for me and I am able to create new products and come up with new techniques.
I am very lucky to be able to do a job I love and feel passionate about everyday and I hope you all love my creations and they bring you lots of joy using them!
