It's fantastic!! Perfect size, the leg belt is drtatcbablr on the one side, and the other side the pouch with a leg belt is detachable. Big pockets, will hold everything you need!

CUSTOM ORDER PAYMENT
All custom orders must be paid for in full before any construction begins.

RESERVED ITEMS
One-of-a-kind items may be reserved for a customer for up to 15 days. Payment must be received within 15 days, or else the listing will be returned to the shop for anyone to purchase.

PAYMENT PLANS
I know anyone can run into financial difficulty even when the most amazing thing they ever wanted is right there waiting for them on Etsy! I can negotiate payment plans or layaway on most items IF you contact me before purchasing or while requesting a custom order.

RUSH ORDER POLICY
Before placing an urgently needed order, contact me to see if meeting your deadline is possible. Each item lists an estimated ship time in the "Shipping and Policies" tab next to the description. If you purchase an item and request a deadline BEFORE that estimated date (without consulting us first), we cannot guarantee it will be met.

Many rush orders can be completed before that estimated turnaround time without issue; however, we reserve the right to charge a "Rush Service Fee" if we are experiencing higher than normal order volume. This VIP service for made-to-order requests guarantees a 7 day turnaround for 30% of the item cost. If you need a "SUPER Rush Service", which guarantees a turnaround WITHIN 7 days, the rush fee will be 50% of the item cost.

Note: Faster shipping methods are also available to speed up your order getting to you. We include the cost of USPS First Class in our listings; additional cost beyond First Class is the buyers' responsibility if requested.

Also Note: There are no returns or exchanges on rush orders.
Shipping
**READY-TO-SHIP ITEMS** (described as such in listings) will ship within 5 business days of receiving payment. During festival season, sometimes this may be as much as 8 business days -- I will notify you if this is the case.

**DEADLINES** If you have a deadline of when your new goodies must be received, notify me BEFORE ordering so I can confirm that your deadline is possible. In some cases a rush fee may be added (see Payment Policies).

**INTERNATIONAL** Yes, I ship international! If a listing does not offer an International Postage option, please contact me BEFORE ordering and I will make a custom listing for you. Sometimes customs can be finicky, sadly there's nothing we can do to make it easy 100% of the time; to help us get your order to you properly, we recommend mailing to a business address. If your local Customs Department is holding your package for any reason, you are responsible for that transaction and communication with them. Once the order has shipped out of the United States, there is nothing else we can do and cannot be held responsible for anything past that point.

**METHOD** All packages are shipped via USPS first-class or Priority Mail depending on the most cost-effective method for the weight of your order. All packages will have a shipping confirmation number which I send to you so you can track your package on its way to you!

**INSURANCE** No insurance is included on orders. If you would like insurance, notify me BEFORE ordering and I will adjust a listing for you to include this.

**MISSING ITEMS** Once you receive confirmation that your package is sent, it is in the hands of the USPS. Unless you have paid for insurance, there is nothing I can do about items lost in the mail. No refunds/replacements can be given for packages that are lost, sent to old/incorrectly given addresses, or mis-shipped by USPS. Please contact USPS directly with your tracking number for any concerns.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please read item descriptions THOROUGHLY before ordering! They contain info about sizing, fabric, care, and more to avoid any need to return or exchange an item. These policies also apply to sales made at live shows; my etsy shop info is given in every live transaction, so you can easily find my policies here. You would look up policies for department stores and large retailers; it would be unreasonable to assume that smaller businesses such as myself do not have such policies in place, and thus you are responsible for the simple act of coming to this site and familiarizing yourself with them before contacting me.

~REFUNDS~
Ready-to-ship garments which were accidentally ordered in the wrong size, received, and not worn. Notify us within 5 days of receipt of item, then ship the item back to me within 30 days. Once it's received we will issue refund.
Custom-made orders on Etsy are eligible for refund if buyer contacts seller within 24 hours of purchase.

Items purchased in person, at live shows, are not returnable. At live shows, you have a chance to try on my items, make sure they fit, inspect the items, see how they feel, etc etc. Often the pieces are worn immediately, and that means that they are no longer in sellable condition after a few hours. Items MAY be eligible for exchange; see below.

Smaller companies don't operate like Wal-Mart. Once we get money, we immediately re-invest it into our company, and we literally can't afford refunds because people do not think carefully.

~EXCHANGES~
Ready-to-ship garments which were ordered in the wrong size, received, and not worn BUT you'd like a different size because you love it so much. Notify us within 5 days of receipt of item, then ship the item back to me within 30 days. Once it's received we will mail you the new garment.
Items bought in person, at festivals, can be exchanged for a 20% restocking fee; we understand sometimes items don't fit properly once included with the intended outfit, maybe it's a gift for a friend, or the colors don't match as hoped. We're happy to make it work, please contact us for details and return approval.

~FAQ~
Q: What if I order something that is custom/sale/last one, and it doesn't fit?
A: Sadly, no refunds can be given for custom orders after they've shipped due to time and materials involved. Please measure carefully! If we have more materials available, we may be able to make an exchange (see notes above). Sale items and "last of a kind" items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Q: What if it's NOT a custom item but I requested something as a rush order?
A: Sorry, no refunds can be given for rush orders.

Q: What if I order something "off the rack" in your ready to ship section, and it doesn't fit?
A: We can easily exchange it for the right size, you will only need to pay for the additional shipping. See notes above.

Q: I want mail something back for exchange/alteration. How should I send it?
A: First, we need to have agreed that it's ok to send that particular item to me for that particular reason. Some items have to packed a very specific way to prevent damage; I cannot be held liable if your packing method damages the item.
You must get a tracking number for the package and notify me of it the day you send the package; I also recommend getting insurance. If you do not send me the tracking number upon mailing, I cannot keep tabs on where it is and when it will arrive. Sometimes I am out of town for shows for weeks at a time; if I don't know when the package is arriving, I can't arrange for an assistant to be there when it arrives. If no one is there to receive it, it may be left on the porch and possibly stolen. I cannot be held liable for packages that go missing if you do not inform me of the tracking number immediately upon mailing. A little bit of communication on your part will go a long way to preventing that situation.

Q: I damaged it but...
A: No refunds or exchanges can be given if an item is worn or damaged after the buyer receives it. This includes being so excited that you hastily try on a tight garment and accidentally rip a seam, snagging the material on something that causes ripping or fraying, or using/wearing the item in a manner that is inconsistent with what it was designed for. Rest assured, we make all items with durability, adjustability and stretch in mind, but we can't replace items due to over-enthusiastic wear and tear. Alterations or fixes are available at a minimal fee, please contact us for details.

~WHOLESALE~

~ACCURACY OF COLOR IN PICTURES~
Exact color of items may differ slightly from picture to picture, and on different computer monitors. It is extremely hard to capture some colors; however, if you need to ensure that an item will be perfect for you, contact me for a swatch or ask any questions regarding color prior to ordering.

~PLACING A CUSTOM ORDER~
Please provide all info for color of fabric/thread, measurements, and special notes in the "Comments to Seller" section of your order.

Any changes to the pattern design or additions to the design must be discussed with me AND mutually agreed upon BEFORE you place your order. Pattern changes start at $25 and go up from there.

Buyer will have 30 days to get all info required to KrakenWhip for a custom order. Turnaround time to complete/ship an item is dependent on the date from when all info and measurements are received. For instance, if an item takes 3 weeks to complete, but you wait 2 weeks after purchase to get us your requested details, you may not receive your order until 5 weeks after purchase.

If you change your mind and do not want a custom order after payment has been received in full, you must ask for a refund within 24 hours after placing the order. We cannot offer refunds on custom orders after they ship.

Exchanges (either due to incorrect size or unfavorable colors) may or may not be possible depending on material availability.

~CONTACT US - REALLY!!~
We're here to answer questions for anything, please allow 48 business hours for us to reply because we may be working on rush orders or at festivals where internet access may not be reliable. Please ONLY CONTACT ME HERE ON ETSY or on the KrakenWhip facebook page. If you send me an email to my private gmail account, I cannot guarantee that I will see the email, much less answer.
