4 out of 5 starsPillow really very nice. Very satisfied with the product. Only deducted 1 star because of the shipping. When I bought the item, the information was that the product would reach me no later than the 21st - 22nd. Unfortunately it didn't arrive until the 24th, which was very inconvenient for me as it was supposed to be a present for a birthday on the 23rd. When I asked the seller, however, he was very helpful and immediately asked the shipping company. The seller blames the shipping company, but I think it's the buyer's responsibility to ensure the package gets to the customer on time.
