The mails in the same or in another day after getting moneys, if in item description is an inscription, that THE ITEM IS READY TO SHIP.
If you don't find inscription, that the item is ready to ship, I will send you your item in the 1-3 days after getting money. Please, contact me, if the items is for special celebration, and I will do it as fast, as i can.

Europe - 5 working days (1 week)
United States and other countries - 10-15 working days (2-3 weeks).

•All items are sent by Registered Priority Mail.

•Items will be shipped to the address in your etsy profile. Make sure this address is correct, or contact via etsy conversation with the correct address.
Refunds and Exchanges
•I try to do my best in describing and photographing my items accurately. Please read the descriptions carefully!

•Because colors may appear different due to monitor settings most of the listings have color description. If you still have some doubts or would like to see more photos of the item, do not hesitate in contact via etsy conversation.

•It is very uncommon, but sometimes an item can get lost in the mail. Unfortunately things can go missing in the post..... If this happens:
1. I'm writing request in Postal office for the Search.
2. If you don't get a package, i will resend the item for you.
3.However, if package can't be found, i will make for you a refund (without shipping taxes), while I can't assume all responsibilities, for the postal work. This paragraph applies to the items, who was purchased for the specifically special events (birthdays and others...)

•If you don't like item, I do not do refunds. I exchange items. Please write down why you want to exchange.

•If an item arrive damage, please send photos of the damaged package and damage item, and I will do the best, what i can.
