Do you accept returns?
Because of the personalized nature of our items, we are not able to returns on personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or defective. All reports of damage or defects must be within 30 days of receipt.
Custom and personalized orders
1. Please, Check and Review All Photos.
2. Choose Your Hat Color from 1st drop down menu.
3. Choose Your Puff Color from the 2nd drop down menu.
4. Click Add to Cart.
5. Need more items? After add to the cart, you press the back button to add other variations of the product. Repeat steps 1-4 again.
6. After adding all the products you want to the cart, you may complete your order by entering your payment method, the delivery address you want and click submit.
