Kristin was extremely helpful! She was quick to respond to any questions I had! She was very patient because I started bombarding her with questions months before I even thought about buying a ring! Once my fiancee and I had picked out a ring, she was very quick to get started on it. It even came earlier than expected! The process was so easy! Definitely would recommend!

I absolutely love my ring - it was shipped a few weeks early and Kristin responded so quickly when I was worried about someone being available to sign for the package. Also, when we placed the order, Kristin reached out to let me know about additional stone options she hadn't made available on her store yet - so thoughtful!!! I had been following her for quite some time and when my fiancée proposed he knew I'd want to pick something of hers. It is absolutely gorgeous and I love it more and more as I wear it.
