What a wonderful store to work with. Kim does a beautiful job. We had a bit of a mix up and I received the wrong item (it was beautiful but not the mother of the bride charm I ordered) I contacted the KristinVictoria store and she acted so incredibly fast, I was able to receive the correct charm in time before I left for my wedding. Not only do they have beautiful items but their professionalism is on point!!

I loved how kind Kristin is and how responsive she was. The packaging was cute. The reason why I gave the product 4 stars was because the custom names I had printed just looked like a sticker label on the domino. Out of the 3 dominos I ordered, 2 dominos had only pips on one side, the other was blank. The pips were only 2, and 3 on the other two, so not much pips. It looks a bit plain. These were for my kindergarten math teachers so I thought they'd be really cute. Hopefully when I add them to book marks and add beads to them I can make them look more dressed up. Other than that shipping was quick and Kristin was a pleasure to work with.

This is the second one of these I have ordered, which in itself should say something! I love the clarity and quality. Kristin and her mom Kim are wonderful to work with!
