Welcome to Kristine's store policies! I have tried to cover all areas, but I'm only human and I may have missed something. If I have not covered something important to you, PLEASE contact me.

I accept PayPal and credit cards via PayPal. Payment is required immediately after purchase. However, I understand that life happens and that may not always be feasible. If you need a little more time, please contact me so that I am informed.
All items are shipped on Tuesdays once receiving cleared payment. (Should you need an item shipped sooner please email me at warmfuzzies [!at] and I will make a special trip for you.) Delivery confirmation is available for additional $2.00. Insurance is 100% optional. If you need it quicker, please contact me for shipping costs. Signature Confirmation may be added to items at Buyers request and expense or by Sellers discretion at Seller's expense. US Shipping method is USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail whichever is cheaper.

Unless otherwise noted International shipments are sent via USPS Priority International and takes anywhere from 7-21 business days (that's what the Post Office is saying) depending on your country. Insurance is only available with certain shipping services. Buyer is responsible for all Customs, VAT (value added tax), duties, fees, tariffs, etc. that may be assessed and due upon delivery of the item(s). Please email if you have any questions or special circumstances.

If you are local to my area, I offer free delivery/pick-up. Please ask me for details.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your package to discuss the return/exchange. Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, unworn and in original condition. As a general rule, buyer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Depending on the circumstances, there may be a 5% 'restocking' fee. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Under special circumstances (damaged item, wrong item sent) a full refund (item cost plus shipping) will be issued. No returns/exchanges on custom orders. No refunds will be given to items lost in shipping unless customer has requested delivery confirmation. I can not accept returns on any patterns or books for the same reason as the book stores, so please contact me with any questions you may have before ordering.
Additional policies and FAQs
Although I love pulling ideas out of my head, I also like to work with happy customers. So, please feel free to talk to me about special requests. For custom work, I require a 50% non-refundable deposit (of the total amount) to secure your order. The remaining balance is due upon completion. Depending on my current work load, custom work can be completed in 4 to 6 weeks.
